Puff Shirt
The Puff shirt sewing pattern has overlap shoulders that create an elegant boatneck. The sleeves are wide at the bottom and gathered with elastic folded inwards which creates a puff sleeve. Even though the end result looks very refined and elegant, it's really easy and fun to make!
SKILL LEVEL: VERY EASY
Model is 170 cm tall and wearing a size S.
Fabric needed:
140-150 cm fabric width XS 1.3 m / S 1.4 m / M 1.5 m / L 1.6 m / XL 1.6 m / 2XL 1.6 m / 3XL 1.8 m
Suggested fabrics are light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, silk, lawn, linen, crepe de chine or wool crepe.
You will also need:
- Matching thread
- Elastic tape width 50 mm, XS 38 cm / S 40 cm / M 42 cm / L 44 cm
- 0.3 m fusible interfacing
MAKE MORE WITH THIS PATTERN
- Alternate with folding out the cuffs
- Shorten the sleeves (hack)
This paper pattern comes carefully packaged in an envelope together with step-by-step assembly instruction, in English or Swedish.
