Sashiko needles are strong, sharp and have a larger eye that allows for thicker, sashiko thread. This pack of Lecien brand needles contains 4 different sized needles allowing you to choose the needle that is most suitable for the fabric thickness and stitch. These needles are perfect for sashiko, boro or any embroidery that uses thicker thread.

Each pack of needles contains:
1 needle - 1 2/3" (41.3 mm) length x 0.84mm thick
1 needle - 2" (51 mm) length x 0.84mm thick
2 needles - 1.75" (44.5mm) length x 0.99mm thick
2 needles - 2 1/8" (54.0mm) length x 0.97mm thick

The long needles are perfect for creating large or straight patterns

The shorter needles are perfect for creating small or curved patterns

Lecien brand needles have slightly larger eyes that allow for easy threading of Sashiko thread and are excellent quality
